Kangoo
TTR is a special aerobic program which can be practiced with Kangoo
Jumps.
Kangoo TTR is a safe aerobic program for Group
Fitness as well as for Home Fitness. Forget any other form of Aerobics,
with hi/lo moves that can damage and jar your joints, all in the name
of fitness. Kangoo Jumps protect the knees, spinal column and joints,
as they reduce the impact shock by up to 80% compared to conventional
training shoes (see the University Studies).

The Kangoo TTR program previously named
Kangoo'Robic, which includes several levels (see our certification
program), was originally developed in 1996 by Daggy Meiss, a German
certified DAV instructor. Since then, it has been constantly improved
and updated with the collaboration of members of the international
Kangoo Jumps Master Trainer Team.
